Benni Aroni.	Founder and Chairman Benni has been an equity participant and major driver in various property developments including Melbourne’s landmark Eureka Tower. He has much experience in participating and chairing boards in a number of industries. Benni has chaired the Body Corporates of both Eureka Tower and Acland Court. For many years he sat on the state and national boards of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is currently a board member of The St Vincent’s Institute Research Foundation. Benni holds degrees in economics and law from Monash University, and has held a Legal Practicing Certificate for over 30 years.
Gary Caulfield.	Founder and Director Gary has over two decades of experience in all aspects of the Victorian residential construction industry.  Gary holds  both residential and commercial building accreditations and licenses.  He has extensive experience in residential property developments, holding senior roles with Hooker Homes and Davies Homes.  Gary established Cruise Pro, which he built into Victoria’s largest provider of fascia, gutter, roofing and scaffolding to the residential building market; employing over 350 people.  He sold the company in 2006 to concentrate on developing Watersun Homes.
