Stralliance’s Commercial/Projects division operates under the name of Watersun Constructions, which has expertise in commercial and larger scale residential development and construction projects.

The Company’s experience includes apartment complexes, mixed use developments, offices, service stations, supermarkets, convenience stores, medical centres, aged care homes, student housing, car wash facilities, community centres, swimming facilities and pools of various dimensions.

Watersun Constructions undertakes projects for either Stralliance’s own developments or for third party clients.  Most recently Watersun Constructions completed Mason Mews, an innovative development in Newport comprising 26 apartments and an IGA supermarket.
