Within every successful business there is always someone who holds the ship together, and in our case a “Joanne”. Having worked with Watersun Homes since the company began Joanne has managed the administration and accounts of the business overseeing all operations around her since day one. With the expansion of the company Joanne has broadened her department and continues to provide her expertise maintaining the company’s administration.

Joining the company in mid 2007 Renton oversees the appraisal of new developments and works alongside the directors to execute the company’s property acquisitions and execution of project development. Educated at Carey Grammar and studying Entrepreneurship at RMIT, Renton joined the company after practicing his entrepreneurial ambitions in a range of small business enterprises. Having worked alongside some of the countries most prominent business people Renton’s direction was always leading him back to property.

Brought up with a father in the building industry Flynn has been involved in many aspects of building and construction from an early age. After leaving school Flynn joined his fathers business and worked in scaffold for two years before moving into Watersun Homes. He is an accredited house energy rater, accredited in OH&S, holds an HIA certificate 4 in building and construction management and now drives the admin and estimating department of Watersun Homes.

Peter has over 35 years experience in the Residential home and construction industry, initially starting out as a qualified carpenter and then progressed to own and run large volume home building companies for over 20 years. In the past 10 years he has held positions as Marketing and sales manager for a top 10 Victorian builder, State manager for a national builder and is now the Marketing and Sales Director of Watersun Homes.

Having previously worked with Burbank and Henley Homes Andrea has around ten years experience as a colour consultant and interior designer. She has held the position as senior colour consultant at Henley for five years before joined the company in late 2007. Andrea holds a diploma in interior design and is now Senior Colour Consultant and interior designer for clients and also our displays.

After completing his degree in Engineering and Building Design and Material Technology, Boris moved to Australia and chose to focus on drafting and design. Having worked along side one of the Directors, Gary Caulfield for eight years in the building industry Boris now heads up design, drafting, estimating and purchasing. Juggling all these rolls Boris focuses on the domestic side of the business in housing, medium density dwellings and even town planning.

James completed a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management before joining Spotless Group and has subsequently held a number of project and operational roles. These roles have incorporated the management of major tender projects, acquisitions, process improvement, strategic reviews, compliance process development, market research and state management both in Tasmania and Victoria. James joined Watersun Homes from his previous role as State Operations Manager of Spotless Group to become the General Manager of Watersun Homes.

David joined the company in late 2007 to take up the position of senior estimator after 10 years in his family building business. With twenty years experience in building, construction and estimating David is also a qualified plasterer and carpenter. David currently focuses on domestic and medium density housing.

Having been in the building industry for over forty years Ken’s experience within the industry is EXCEPTIONAL. With a trade background and after completing his Diploma in Building Ken moved into roles of building management and later became general manager of Darnley Homes. One of the most significant of his achievements was the completion of the Commonwealth Games Village in 2006 of which he was the construction manager, Ken has also been involved with the HIA for over twenty years and sits on the HIA technical committee. Ken heads up the Watersun Projects division
